Well here we are three weeks in, and despite a schedule that has me jet-setting up and down the Californian coast, I’ve been trying to stick to a schedule and eat right.
The latter was much harder to do last weekend at <a href=”http://iphonedevcamp.org”>iOSDevCamp</a>. The 48 hour hackfest was fully catered with the most delicious junk, and needing the sugars to power some research I succumbed to the temptation. But I tried to balance it with walking as suggested by my doctor.
Which led up to finally running again today. Alot sooner than the doctor recommended, but the pain I was feeling wasn’t really improving by just walking. Mind you, if I walked during the day in regular shoes for any distance the pain returns. So I am beginning to suspect it’s just a strain due to my chucks.
In any case, my weight did go up and down during the week, but at this point, I am down to 198lbs. Wish me luck in keeping it down!
