1. Week 3

    Honestly, not much to say at the moment.  I hurt myself on a deadlift on tuesday, something I was doing because I was frustrated with myself.  Hurting myself didn’t quite help either.  Going to get back into it with a long workout tomorrow.  Checked my back with my dumbells a little today and I should be fine to do everything.  I think I’ve only gotten like 600 points since monday, this is bad.  Wish me luck.
