PROTEIN PANCAKES.
Believe it kids. Â Super simple ingredient list:
(1 serving)
-1/2 cup old fashioned raw oats
-1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
-9 tablespoons egg white liquid (from the pourable carton type)
-vanilla extract - teaspoon or more to taste
-stevia - sweeten to taste (optional)
Put all this in a blender and get it smooth. Make pancakes. Add fruit like a pro.
Less than 400 calories. Almost equal parts carbs to protein (not so bad).
