    So Frustrating

    My back is getting better but it’s not there yet.  It’s been a very stressful week.  Works has been insane and Chloe is in her 3rd week growth spurt.  This is totally normal but it means she’s been feeding every two hours this week.  Even at night.  So I am exhausted, stressed and in pain.

    I have not been to the gym in seven days.  My head hurts.  I feel like I am going to implode.  But the weird thing is I continue to lose weight.  The combination of sticking to my diet religiously and all the stress is probably what is doing it.  But I am also losing the muscle I worked so hard to build.

    These things happen. The key is to not backslide entirely, so you’re doing good by sticking to your diet. Just do what you can do, and remember that fitness gains can be made without earning fitocracy points.
