1. Where I’ve been

    So I’ve really dropped the ball.

    Excuses suck, but I at least have to try to explain. These last two weeks have been kind of brutal on me. Last week I went to San Diego for Comic-Con, where I didn’t work out, but did an unbelievably amount of walking with a 30 Lb. bag on my back all day. I would have entered that into Fitocracy but I had next to no Internet access and was running around all of the time. Unfortunately, due to a serious of mishaps and bad events, I had kind of a breakdown, went off my diet, and had a few things I definitely should not have (self-pity mint chocolate sundae for instance; tasty but I felt terrible after eating it considering this).

    And this week was spent traveling back to Atlanta (train delays, then cancelations, then all-day flights) cost me time to work out. I’ve been eating very healthy, but I hurt my feet and back while at Comic-Con, so I’ve been trying to take things easy on them so as to not hurt myself further. I meant to workout yesterday, but ended up having to run a bunch of errands. Work caught up on me, hard. Still trying to get through that.The worst part is, I’ve been so busy I never got around to entering all of the little morning exercises and walking I do.

    No more, starting tomorrow I’m back on the game. Full exercises, no matter how much they hurt, entered into Fitocracy.
