Now that we are approaching the halfway point, I should probably list my official lifting heavy stuff goals.
Bench - Current PR - 155. Current 5x5 - 135. I think I need to do a new PR on this one. I would be pretty happy to nail something around 180-190.
Deadlift - Current PR - 255 Current 5x5 - 195. Similar thing, I feel like I have gotten much stronger on my deadlift. Looking to break 300.
Squat - Current PR 155 Current 5x5 - 125. My squat feels weaker, I need stronger legs. Theoretically I should be looking to like 200 pounds for my squat, I don’t know if I’m going to hit it.
Overhead Shoulder Press - Current PR 105 Current 5x5 90 Erm. As I go through this I’m realizing I REALLY need a PR day. let’s say… 140.
Rows - No PR. 5x5 100. goal… uh… don’t have one?
Power Cleans - No PR. 5x5 100. Okay, here’s a bit one. I want to power clean 150. I think it’s doable.
I’m thinking end of this week/beginning of next for my next PR day, and then two weeks or so to recover and get stronger then one final one near the end of 60 to sexy for final results.
