1. Been battling a horrible crick / pull / knot in my left shoulder blade over the last week. * At first I couldn’t turn my head or lift my left arm very high, but after that first horrible day it’s just been more of a constant companion in my left shoulder (“hello!”).  Been resting it, but wondering: is there a better way to treat it?

    * At first I thought I got it from sleeping wrong, rather than lifting.  But now I’m not so sure.
